Our second “My Tiny House Community” is located on a beautiful land which we called “The Springs“, in the village of Kavač, in the beautiful Unesco protected Bay of Kotor.

In the Eastern side of Kavač , our second “My Tiny House” community is located on a gently sloped piece of land that is surrounded by several water springs. A true gift from nature!
The topography of this land will give to the houses beautiful westerly sea views over the Tivat Bay, for magical sunsets. The area is very rural, with just a few stone houses around, ensuring peacefulness and calm.
The tiny houses are designed to blend in seamlessly with the natural surroundings, providing a peaceful retreat for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. On the land, oak trees provide shade and shelter, while olive trees adds a touch of Mediterranean charm.
